1. Everyone is creative
We believe that everyone is creative, it’s just a matter of how you see it. While you may not be Da Vinci, or the next Charles Dickens, when it comes to creativity, it doesn’t mean you don’t have a creative bone in your body. We believe that we all possess the necessary tools to expand our creative outlook, it’s just a matter of learning to use it, and then applying it to everything you do.
2. Some boundaries are meant to be broken
We know no boundaries. We believe that borders are to be crossed, fences are to be climbed, and gaps are to be bridged. Everyday we explore the world to find unique opportunities and ideas for a brighter tomorrow. Passion, belief and creativity are some of our principles for progress, and they can be seen in everything we do.
3. It doesn’t matter how good you are, it’s how good you want to be
Dream, believe nothing is impossible and achieve the unachievable. We aspire to be the best in the world in whatever we do.
4. An idea can come from anywhere
Great ideas often appear in the most unexpected and untraditional way, that is why we believe great ideas are more likely to happen when you have the right company culture and atmosphere. Ideas will come to you when you least expect it - in a cafe line, at a team meeting or even in the shower, so that’s why we don’t sit at our desks all day waiting for great ideas to come to us.
5. It's not what you wear, it’s what you do and how you do it
Creativity is behind everything we do, including the way we approach work. Our atmosphere and how we come up with great ideas maybe casual, but the speed and efficiency to which we implement these ideas is anything but casual.
6. Be Free
Democracy and freedom of speech is what we believe. People should be free to live and express themselves in whichever why they choose, be it through creativity or being able to gain free access to information. That is why the majority of our products and information is free and easily accessible for everyone to use and enjoy.
7. Every person is a potential Public Relation Officer
Word of mouth is where it’s at. You can’t force someone to like you, but you can create products they love and want to talk about - this is our goal. We believe that if your product is good it will sell itself, simply because; whatever you experience, you will take home with you.
